So I don't know if I should be worried or not

So whilst trying to update through a pirated version of windows 8, after about 3 trys and my finally giving up, i return to windows 7 with this in the bottom right corner

That's pretty much stuck there, and I think my computer is slower and it keeps trying to update.
Does this really mean anything? What should I do if it is even anything to concern myself about it?

Windows XP did that for me awhile back, so nah don't worry about it. I'm pretty sure the man isn't going to kick down your door.

I made a batched registry file (.bat) for my totally legit XP SP3 a bit back when I got the whole "This Copy of Windows May Not Be Jan-Yew-Whine"

Try looking-up if you can do that for 7.

Basically it acts as a license when added to your registry.
